This reception and seminar is a forum for informed and interactive discussion about business realities and their ethical implications for our society. Participants are business professionals, community leaders, and UNC Charlotte faculty, staff and students.

Made possible by a gift from the William H. Barnhardt family, the reception and seminar features an address by a well-recognized and respected leader in the regional business community. The presentation focuses on the difficult ethical challenges that the speaker's company faces. In some instances, the speaker shares one of his or her most significant business ethics dilemmas. Audience questions, comments, and reflections energize the event. Opportunities for further networking between the business community and academic community typically emerge form the evening's discussion.
